GUNS N’ ROSES “THANK” SINGER STEVEN TYLER FOR HIS “NON-EXISTENT” ROLE IN THEIR REUNION SHOWS
As previously reported, Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler told Howard Stern on his Sirius/XM radio show, that he was one, of several people, who convinced Guns N’ Roses frontman, Axl Rose, to reunite with his original bandmates. In response, Guns N’ Roses has posted a sarcastic thank-you note to Tyler.
A tweet posted on the band’s page seems to be a reaction to Tyler’s story. It reads, “Guns N’ Roses would like to respectfully thank the many people taking credit for our upcoming shows and everything in between. Especially those whom we haven’t spoken to in numerous years who, through the power of media, have somehow served a pivotal, even if non-existent, role. We and the fans thank you!”
Rose, guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan will perform together for the first time since 1993 at four concerts in April. It’s not yet known who else will take part – although guitarist Richard Fortus and keyboardist Dizzy Reed have just quit the Dead Daisies, saying they’ll be taking part in “a momentous project” this year.

Steven is very influential. A list of his accomplishments:
1. Steven encouraged Ben Franklin to invent electricity.
2. Steven told Al Gore to invent the Internet.
3. Steven helped end WW2.
4. Steven invented the recipe for Gen. Tso Chicken.
5. Steven was the first guy to hit a ball with a bat.
6. Steven wrote THRILLER.
7. Steven was around when Jesus Christ had his moment of doubt and pain.
8. Steven told the METS to sign Jason Bay.
9. Steven predicted the Stock Market Crash.
10. Steven told Di’Anno to leave IRON MAIDEN.
That’s amazing. Steve’s the man.
Why is everybody picking on Steven Tyler? I mean all he did was have a conversation with Rose and tried to convince him to reunite the original GNR, where’s the harm in that? I don’t think he’s looking for any credit from what I’ve read, and if you think he is, well then that’s just “Too Bad!”
More strange is that the Guns camp would even worry or react to it. Tyler is a hero to them

Wait a minute……. Steven Tyler said it would be a good idea if Gun n Roses got back together again? And that is an original thought? Good job Steven, you and a million other people have been saying the same thing for a decade. All credit to you!
Sounds like they both helped one another promote their current projects. Bravo! We fell for it….nothing like creating false controversy to keep the public amused and distracted.
