The very first Metallica song I ever learned how to play on the guitar! Not a complicated song at all, good one to start with for any young guitarists out there just starting out who want to learn some Metallica songs. I was 15 years old when Ride The Lighting came out and I have such fond memories of the day I bought it and loved it so much that I listened to it all night long all the way to dawn and had to fake being sick that morning so my mom would let me stay home from school that day and I could sleep all day.
Kirk forgot how to play guitar. This sounds awful – like a bad garage band.
Nothing like watching a band of pampered millionaires try to capture the spit and anger of their youth. It doesn’t matter what song they play, these guys are so far past sounding fresh and sincere it isnt even funny.
