4/15: NEW SEASON 12 OF THAT METAL SHOW GUEST ANNOUNCE!
Really excited to announce to all finally the return of NEW episodes of THAT METAL SHOW! We start taping in L.A. 4/27 for eight all new shows that will begin premiering on VH1 Classic June 1st at 11PM ET. As usual we have a mix of hard rock and metal artists, first time and returning guests. Thank you all so much for your support both here in the US and around the world for TMS! Feels great to finally have new shows coming your way soon. Here is the guest list for Season 12. As usual subject to change. Hope you like what’s coming. Specific dates each of these shows will air TBA, but new ones start to premiere 6/1:

Surprised you’d have Buck Dharma and Scott Gorham on your show….they are in bands that actually know what a harmony and a melody is….
you clearly haven’t seen many shows to make that statement, wow
I’ve seen MORE than enough…when I see you go on and on about how great bands like Motley Crue, Dokken, Skid Row, Winger, Pantera, Megadeth & Slayer (and the list goes on and on) are…that tells me all I need to know…i’ll give you one thing, though…if you’re going to be ridiculous, you might as well be over-the-top ridiculous…how about discussing REAL Rock ‘n’ Roll bands/artists like The Beatles, The Who, The Clash, The Stones, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin (they are NOT a metal band!), Jimi Hendrix, Dylan, The Doors, The Kinks…
Eddie, is there someone at VH1 that we can email to complain about the measly 8 shows they’re letting you do this season? If we can show them a demand for TMS, MAYBE they’ll wake up and let you guys do more shows. Rock on!
Not unless you can increase the operating budgets for VH1 CLASSIC

Overall a good lineup, though I could care less about a few of the newer bands, but not bad at all. Jake E.Lee is the one I am really looking forward to and Sebastain Bach love him or hate him, is definitely a personality.
Hi!!! Eddie, from Argentina. I’d like to see Saigon Kick and from Savatage Jon Oliva and Johnny Lee Middleton, greats and underrated bands. Love the show!!!!!
