Tune in this Sunday, October 26th at 10/9c to AMC TV’s live The Walking Dead after-show Talking Dead to watch iconic, Grammy-winning artist Slash join host Chris Hardwick, along with a Walking Dead cast member and guest Mary Lynn Rajskub. They will discuss The Walking Dead’s new episode Four Walls and A Roof (Season 5, Episode 3). Fans can submit questions during the live broadcast at amctv.com/shows/talking-dead. On September 16th 2014, Slash and his band Featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators unleashed their Top Ten new album World On Fire to worldwide acclaim. The new album marks Slash’s third straight solo album to debut in the Top Ten and achieved over 12 Top Ten debuts around the world. The title track and first single World On Fire has ascended to #1 at U.S. Rock Radio. World On Fire is Slash’s third solo recording and second album with his official band The Conspirators which features Myles Kennedy (vocals), Brent Fitz (drums) and Todd Kerns (bass), and was released on Slash’s own label Dik Hayd International which is distributed through Caroline.
On September 23rd, 25th and 26th, Slash and his band performed three sold-out shows at legendary clubs in Hollywood at The Troubadour, The Roxy (filmed for TV) and The Whisky A Go Go. On Friday, November 7th at 9 p.m., Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators Live From the Roxy will air as a 90-minute concert special for broadcast exclusively on national television via DIRECTV’s Audience Network (Ch 239). Presented by musician retailer Guitar Center, the full concert was filmed in 4k and 5.1 surround sound and is packed with songs spanning SLASH’s storied career including material World On Fire as well as Guns N’ Roses. Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators launch their European tour on November 11th. Expect more U.S. dates to be announced for early 2015.
