On February 20th in Germany, February 23rd in Europe and March 3rd in America, UFO will release their latest studio recording, their 22nd to date.
The album will be called A Conspiracy Of Stars, and the band consisting of Phil Mogg (vocals), Paul Raymond (keyboards, guitar), Vinnie Moore (guitar), Andy Parker (drums) and Rob De Luca (bass) have recorded almost a dozen fantastic new songs, produced and mixed in the Kentish town of Deal by Chris Tsangarides, renowned for his work with acts such as Judas Priest, Thin Lizzy and Gary Moore. A Conspiracy Of Stars will be available as a Digipak (including poster and bonus track), jewel case, vinyl double LP and for download.
More or less simultaneously with the release, UFO are scheduled to go on tour in February and March 2015, playing Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Lithuania and Switzerland, and more, followed by a tour of Britain and Ireland in April and May.
The band is already looking forward to the reactions to their latest release, “A Conspiracy Of Stars is another successful combination of those typical UFO elements with fresh, contemporary ideas. We’re confident that not only our longstanding supporters will get their money’s worth, but that younger rock fans will also enjoy the album. We look forward to seeing you on tour!”

Should be cool. When is the US tour?
Cannot Wait!!!! Bring on Phil, Vinnie, Rob, Andy and Paul and come to PHX next year!!!!!
Looking forward to this. Absolutely love the cover art! Eddie, my first concert was Cheap Trick on the All Shook Up tour in 1981. UFO were the opening act, supporting No Place to Run. Great show!
That sounds like a cool concert. My introduction to UFO was in the late ’70’s at a Super Sun Day concert in Colorado. Awesome. They were on the bill wth The Rockets, The Cars, Heart and Nugent. UFO was great.
Jeff,
You sure they weren’t supporting “The Wild, The Willing, & The Innocent” for that tour? My first concert also was Cheap Trick on the “All Shook Up” tour with UFO opening and that’s the album they were supporting I believe. Regardless, it was a AWESOME first concert!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better first live rock concert experience and UFO kicked as* that night. I’ll always support these guys as they consistently deliver the goods.
Saw that tour and in 1979? saw UFO and Blackfoot. Great times!
They blew a non RR Ozzy at Madson Square Garden in ’82 off the stage…..as much mayhem as the Sistah crushing a non Perry Aerosmith off the stage at the Nassau Coliseum.
I was at the Ozzy show at Madson Square Garden in ’82. I thought both Ozzy and UFO were great. At the time I didn’t know much about UFO. I do remember that Pete Way, at the end of their set, spearing his bass through an amp and walking off the stage.
I need to catch up on my UFO. I don’t have any of the Vinnie Moore era stuff. One of my favorite albums by these guys was the one just prior to the first reunion. the 1992 album. Killer stuff! (I am having a mental brain fart on the name of the album…Eddie help me out here!)
’92? Not sure of a great album then. Walk On Water was the reunion album. Of The Vinnie stuff The Visitor and You Are Here are great, the others about 50% great.
Come on Eddie, Seven Deadly is freaking awesome. Talk about Phil and Vinnie getting back to the blues roots. The album bursts with Phils blues voice and Vinnies guitar work.
