On the heels of David Lee Roth announcing his retirement, the Van Halen frontman has released the poster for his Las Vegas residency and it reads,”The last tour….unless it isn’t”

The frontman recently spoke with the Las Vegas Review-Journal and stated,  “I am throwing in the shoes. I’m retiring…These are my last five shows.” To read more of Roth’s interview, please go here.

The singer’s performance dates at Mandalay Bay’s House Of Blues are as follows:

(Doors 8 p.m., showtime 9 p.m.; ages 18+)

New Year’s Eve – December 31st, 2021 
January 1st, 5th, 7th-8th, 2022

Tickets start at $63.50, plus applicable fees, and go on sale today (October 2nd) at 10 a.m. PT. Several ticket packages are available, including the Hot For Teacher package ($450) that includes two tickets at a VIP table and a souvenir retail item; the Panama package ($550) that includes a dining voucher plus pre-and-post show access to Mandalay Bay’s Foundation Room; and the Jump package ($700) that features a prix-fixe Foundation Room dinner and one bottle of a premium spirit.

  1. Before everyone rails on Dave for the poster (including Ed Trunk [see: latest Twitter post]), we should maybe look at the source. It’s Dave. He’s always had a sense of humor and has been a bit subversive and a bit of a provocateur. It is entirely possible that he’s just goofing on the idea of “farewell tours” and “last tours.” He could still be calling it quits – but calling it quits with his sense of humor intact.

  2. His poster is pretty odd to me after his cryptic retirement press release with his docs and handlers alluding to dave possibly being ill – just strange , it is very possible it could be his weird sense of humor…. who knows ~
