7/25: GnR, CHESTER BENNINGTON PODCAST, MORE

Been a bit since an update here from me, sorry, been super slammed. A few things:

Had a great time hosting Loud In Lima this past weekend in Ohio. First time festival but with some tweaks it can be a great one if they continue. SO many festivals and live events these days, but good to see new ones come on and we shall see what happens with this one.

Had a blast hosting two radio shows from The Apollo during the private GnR show last Thursday. Had the honor to intro the band as well! It was awesome to be on that legendary stage and intro a legendary band! There are photos and video of it on my social media. I watched Guns rock for over 3 hours from 10 feet away all night and watched their soundcheck (they jammed James Brown!). Incredible night. GnR is now booked with gigs pretty much the rest of the year. So the real question is what do they do in 2018?

Sad news on Chester Bennington. I had him on my Volume show this past February. It will be rebroadcast in my new podcast this Thursday, along with Ben and Taylor of The Pretty Reckless.
