During day two of Licensing Expo 2026, Sharon and Jack Osbourne offered a candid behind-the-scenes perspective on the continued evolution of the late Ozzy Osbourne‘s legacy and the ways in which brand partnerships can help preserve, protect and grow an iconic entertainment legacy for future generations.
Sharon Osbourne shared her hopes for the brand’s future.
“Elvis died 50 years ago, and everybody knows Elvis,” says Sharon. “I just want that for Ozzy.”
Cutting edge technology will help make that vision a reality. Jack shared that the family has partnered with a company called HYPERREAL to create what he calls “the digital DNA of Ozzy Osbourne, voice, image [and] movement.”
“The things that you can do with that are just endless,” adds Sharon.
HYPERREAL also went through this process with the late Stan Lee; the Marvel legend’s hologram debuted at L.A. Comic Con in 2025.
“It’s kind of scary how it’s really very accurate,” says Jack. “He will exist digitally as himself for as long as we have computers. Technology has come such a long way to where it’s almost drag and drop. You could shoot a template for a commercial … literally prompt what you want Digital Ozzy to do in that commercial and you just drop it in. It’s that simple now.”
“You can ask Ozzy anything, and he will answer you in his own voice – and the answers will be what Ozzy would have said,” says Sharon. “We’re going to take it all around the world. People can talk to him and he will talk back.”

Mine too! His legacy will live on with his music, this AI BS will do nothing but tarnish it. Let the man rest in peace. Sell his music, whatever overpriced box sets you can dream up, but leave digital Ozzy alone and move on ffs!
