There are so many, across all genres of music.

Off the top of my head: (Hard rock, metal and grunge):

Mötley Crüe‘s Kickstart My Heart and The Sweet‘s Hell Raiser (as discussed here). Looks That’s Kill chorus and the ending of Judas Priest’s You Don’t Have To Be Old To Be Wise. The ending of Slice Of Your Pie and The Beatles‘ I Want You (She’s So Heavy).

Blue Murder‘s Dance and The Scoprions‘ Loving You Sunday Morning.

Rainbow‘s Jealous Lover and Pearl Jam‘s Even Flow.

Non metal: Sheryl Crow’s All I Wanna Do and Stealer’s Wheel Stuck In The Middle With You and The Kinks Catch Me Now I’m Falling and The Rolling Stones‘ Jumpin’ Jack Flash.

      Nothing But A Good Time by Poison does resemble a KISS song, however that song is Deuce.

      It’s the opening guitar part that does it.

    Metallica’s “Sanitarium” and Rainbow Warrior’s “Bleak House”.

    Metallica’s “Four Horsemen” and Megadeth’s “The Mechanix”.

    Metallica’s “Enter Sandman” and Excel’s “Tapping into the Emotional Void”.

    The drum beats of Metallica’s “Jump in the Fire” and Iron Maiden’s “Run to the Hills”.

    The guitar solo parts of Metallica’s “Seek and Destroy ” and Saxon’s “Princess of the Night”.

    The guitar solo at the beginning of Metallica’s “For Whom the Bell Tolls” and the ending guitar solo of Sabbath’s “Fairies Wear Boots”.

    Metallica is the “Master of Plagiarism”.

  3. Every AC⚡️DC song by AC⚡️DC! Lol! But that’s ok! That’s a good thing! I love the fact that AC⚡️DC has never strayed from their signature sound, unlike most other bands have done, I credit AC⚡️DC for having the “Big Balls” to hold their own against trends, technology, record label pressure to experiment, etc…

    1. Bro, I agree with you about AC/DC. They have written and recorded over 150 songs using the same three chords…and they all sound the same, tone wise, and they are all great. IMO, AC/DC is the only rock band that doesn’t have a bad song in their catalog.

    3. …and some say the same about Def Leppard having the same sound. It’s not to the degree of AC/DC, but…I absolutely love them both. If it sounds great the first time, it will continue to sound great, unless it was semi annoying to begin with-LOL!

    4. AC/DC guitarist Angus Young famously joked about this criticism: “I’m sick to death of people saying we’ve made 11 albums that sound exactly the same. In fact, we’ve made 12 albums that sound exactly the same.”

    The riff is such a blatant rip-off that in 2007 I asked KK Downing via his website why was it that neither he nor the other guys in Priest never said anything about this. He replied to me with the following:

    “I think that it would politically incorrect for to comment other than I will happily buy you a beer if we ever meet.”

    Says it all, really.

  5. The song Bad Disease by Jetboy, the lead guitar solo is mostly a note for note copy of the lead guitar solo on AC/DC’s song If You Want Blood You’ve Got It.
