Queenryche have announced some North American tour dates. Joining the band for these shows will be Armored Saint.
Vocalist Todd La Torre comments, “We are pleased to announce that we will be hitting the road this November with the one and only Armored Saint and Midnight Eternal. That’s a good double bill.
I know Queensryche has had the more successful career, but I would love to see Armored Saint headline these gigs. I have seen the Saint a few times, most recently a few months ago, and they are still a great live band. John Bush still sounds fantastic, and their most recent album, Win Hands Down, is awesome.
I haven’t been able to get into Queensryche since Empire was released…
I absolutely agree. The new Armored Saint is awesome, and I just don’t connect on any level to this new Queensryche, or most of it since their heyday regardless of singers.
I’ve seen them both live and the new Queensryche isn’t even in the same ball park as live Armored Saint.
