  1. I’m guessing they’ll be doing the Superbowl next, right? I hope not, but what’s left for them to do?

Wonder what Eddie thinks of this collaboration?

    I like Lady G well enough. We’ll see, I’m skeptical though…. \mm/

  2. Not interested. I lost interest in the Grammys 25 years ago, lost interest in Metallica 20 years ago, never was or would be interested in whoever the hell this Lady whatever is!

  3. Metallica has once again betrayed Metal. As far as I’m concerned, if their new songs don’t sound exactly like the songs they did up until 1985, it’s a betrayal of all things Metallica and Metal. Also, they need to re-grow their hair and dress like they used to back then. Otherwise, I don’t want to know about Metallica. Also, who is this Lady Gaga? Is she British Royalty?

  4. Doug R. pick up Metallica’s new one Hardwired, freaking awesome release no filler all awesome songs. Best one I think since master of puppets. Some high points are some great riffs, James voice sounds great, even Lars drumming on this one is the best I`ve heard from him in years. The only thing to me that was subpar is Kirks contribution. His solos are getting kinda stale, nothing special in that department. I think its time for a change on lead. Marty Friedman would be such an awesome fit.

  5. Ray, I already listened to Hardwired from beginning to end, and once was enough for me. Besides Lars and Kirk being on my sh-tlist right now, after the LOAD of crap we got in ’96, and then came RE-LOAD, (which was even worse) like I said I lost all interest in Metallica. Somewhere between the Black album and LOAD of crap, they just lost their edge, IMO.
