  1. Jesus christ do these idiots have no shame , how about a pop up Ace & Pete live experience? How about a pop up lip sync tutorial? At this point I could give a s__t ~

    1. You wanted the Best and you got the best………the HOTTEST Band in the World….KISS !!

  2. I’m so glad this current version of KI$$ is going away…and hopefully NEVER return. At the same time, I can’t imagine a rock and roll world without Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley. They’ve given 50 years to rock music (although I hate what they’ve done over the last 23 years) and have influenced and inspired so many artists that followed them. I hope they can continue as solo artists, like Ace Frehley, and perform in clubs and small theaters for as long as physically possible. I’d definitely go see them.

And this “New York takeover”….this band will do anything to make a few more $$ before going to the grave.

  3. I’m not a fan of Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer. However, they were hired to do a job. Both have played the songs well. Eric has done a good job mimicking Peter Criss. Thomas Thayer mimicking Ace? Not so much. Tommy has always looked awkward in that makeup and outfit. It’s not my band but as a consumer I feel as if I along with anyone else who has put literally thousands of dollars into this band via concerts, swag, cd’s vinyl and whatever else they sell over the years, the Kiss Army should’ve been heard loud and clear that putting two people in Ace and Peter’s makeup was simply unacceptable. Gene Simmons has said everything is for the fans thousands of times. I disagree. They should’ve created new characters for these guys or simply took the makeup off, brought back Kulick and played with the Revenge lineup. Kiss has sunk so low with the lip syncing and all of
the lies we’ve discovered over the years since the internet was born. The internet ruined the mystique.

With that said, Kiss was a huge part of my life from 1987-2001. They brought me quite a bit of joy and the music helped me get through some tough times. The current show is spectacular as far as effects, etc. I am going to buy the damn PPV for $39.99 to watch what I believe will be the final concert as a thank you for the joy they did bring me at one time. I’m also hoping that they play a few rare gems to honor the original fans. Although it’s an extreme long shot I still believe something is going to go down with possibly Kulick, Ace and Peter showing up to at least be introduced to the crowd. We’ll see I guess.
