But, I am feeling a bit selfish today, and have decided to post a very “Happy Birthday” to my longtime crush, Mr. John James Sykes.

I hope if he has made the silent decision to retire he lives out the rest of his days in happiness, joy and peace.
Definitely one of my Top 3 guitarists. His solo on the Thin Lizzy track ” Baby Please Don’t Go” is the best heavy metal guitar solo ever recorded hands down IMO.
