IMO, G n R is one of the most overrated bands in rock n roll history.

  • Charles Clinchot on

Saw them with all of the original members in the late 80s I have the memories and fine with that. Also, please Please stop putting out Chinese Democracy rejects.

    • Dana on

      Charles,

You saw them when Adler was still their drummer?

  • Taskerofpuppets on

I saw them once in 92’ the first show of the Metallica/GnR Summer Tour at RFK Stadium. They were awesome and Axel was in good form. I stopped listening or buying after Spaghetti Incident which was great.

  • Yankee Rose on

I saw them in 87 opening for Motley Crue on Girls, Girls, Girls.

  • Mr. Rock And Roll on

I think it’s a shame that Izzy and Steven aren’t involved. I saw them in October 1987 at L’Amour in Brooklyn, met Duff, Steven and Axl. What an exciting night. They were just about to break. The electricity in the air was awesome. Ran into Bill Milano from SOD. He said to me SHHHH I’m at a poser show, don’t tell anyone. EZO opened, got a nasty reception. THAT was GNR. Not this bloated version with 3 members.

      Mr. Rock And Roll,

I was supposed to go that show, but I could not find anyone to go with me. Too bad I did not know you…LOL! BTW, I practically LIVED at L’Amour.
