EddieTrunk.com has learned that Trixter guitarist Steve Brown will be the replacement guitarist in Def Leppard filling in for Vivian Campbell while he recovers from cancer treatments.
Brown will make his debut with the band this Sunday when Def Leppard plays Wembley Stadium during the NFL’s Dolphins/Raiders game.
We here at EddieTrunk.com, wish Campbell a very speedy and complete recovery and send our luck along to Brown on his new adventure.

Vivian hasn’t played a good song since Dio’s Scared Heart. His Riverdogs was garbage also. He fits right in with Leppard..AIr Supply Losers.. GARBAGE.
Mike,
You’re entitled to your opinion, but to compare Def Leppard to Air Supply is a bit of an overstatement.
While I will admit the some of the later Leppard material became commercialized and poppy, my two favorite albums are High N’ Dry and Pyromania. I wouldn’t exactly equate those with sounding like Air Supply, but to each their own.
D 🙂
Pyromania was the last record by Leppard that was good. After that was ALL garbage. I wish they would tour and do the whole High N Dry record.
I always liked the songs on High N Dry, but also thought the album was mixed like garbage. It really sounded terrible, from a sonic standpoint.
