DEAD DAISIES FEATURING MEMBERS OF INXS, NINE INCH NAILS, GUNS ‘N ROSES AND WHITESNAKE, RELEASE SINGLE

deaddaisies The Dead Daisies, a band featuring singer Jon Stevens (INXS), guitarist Richard Fortus (Guns N’ Roses), guitarist David Lowy (Red Phoenix, Mink), drummer Alex Carapetis (Nine Inch Nails), bassist Marco Mendoza (Thin Lizzy, Blue Murder, Whitesnake) and keyboardist Dizzy Reed (Guns N’ Roses), has released a new song called Lock ’N’ Load, which was co-written by and features Slash. The Dead Daisies self titled debut album is scheduled for release on August 13th through Caroline Records.

The band is currently on the Rockstar Energy Uproar Festival with Alice In Chains, Jane’s Addiction, Coheed and Cambria and Circa Survive.

  3. The bank accounts of ex members of bands dictate a lot….even current surviving bands. Blue Murder….I saw that Carmine Appice ego trip….his kit was so big it took over the entire stage….it rivaled the one that Rod kicked him out of his group.

    1. NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! LEE YOU CANNOT INSULT BLUE MURDER IN ANY WAY ON EDDIE TRUNK’S WEBSITE. GOOD GOD. That is way over the line. Not even I would insult the greatest one album (now 2) group ever. Carmine is the best ever and no way does he dye his hair. Sykes plays like Blackmore and sings like Plant. The bassist I have no fucking idea who he was but he s great as well.

    Please forgive Lee for he know not what he say. VALLEY OF THE KINGS is way better than STARGAZER and is no way a rip off of that epic. In my IPOD, I have that, PTOLOMY, and JELLY ROLL. I listen to them often and with much admiration. Lee is a reputable blogger and the post was late at night so he may have been tired or on meds. I personally apologize for his comments and as contrition he will wear his HOOKERS N BLOW sweatshirt till XMAS.
