LOVE ALTER BRIDGE!! They are a very underrated band here in the US, but are quite popular in Europe. Fortress is a kick ass record! Very heavy, but still quite melodic. They should be much bigger band in the US than they are. All of their records are pretty awesome!

I think Slash should thank them for finding Myles Kennedy.

You do realize that Myles was asked to audition for Velvet Revolver before Alter Bridge existed, no? Last time I checked Slash was in VR

      I did not know that.

Buy all four studio albums along with the two live albums and listen to them in order of release. It’s amazing not only that the first album is great but that they keep getting better & better with each release and tour!!!

Got my tickets for the san Francisco show, looking forward to it bigtime. I think alter bridge should be opening up for Glenn Hughes though in my opinion. 🙁

UGH! Another NY-only show….way out in Huntington. When does the madness end?? That place is a pain in the ass to go to. What’s up with NY promoters the past two years? This is getting old. That theater (while nice) is far away and parking sucks. Another show I’ll skip. Bummer.
