song rocks!
Ace….please…just stop…
I have to disagree with most of the lost on here…I think The Joker as performed by ace is a great sounding song! In fact, the first thing I thought of when I heard it was the ’78 album, his voice on this one reminds me a lot of that album. To be honest I didn’t think I was going to like it especially from the feedback I read on here but I must say I thinks it’s really good and in the same mold of New York Groove and Fox on the run. Simple short songs but Ace gives them his own groove and style. Very enjoyable! I have now heard this one as well as Space Invader and Gimme a feeling, all of which I have enjoyed and now cannot wait for the new album to come out. I’m a big fan of the ’78 album and from what I have heard so far this might be a great throwback in sound and style to that one.
Better than Steve Miller’s. Then again, most songs are.
No way Joe, no way.
I concur with Doug.
Joe is right. You two obviously have crap taste. Ace is the original SPACE COWBOY! You rock Ace!! Have a nice day!
Go back to school Patrick S., back to school kid. BTW, I love Ace Frehley and Ace does rock, but the original SPACE COWBOY is Steve Miller, The Joker. Spent 20 weeks on the charts in ’73 – ’74, right before Ace & Kiss’ careers took off. Ace IS the ORIGINAL SPACE-MAN, that he will always be. Now go wash that crappy taste out of your mouth, your F’N breath stinks, have a nice day kid.
