Anthrax drummer Charlie Benante has uploaded a video of himself, guitarist John 5, Trixter bassist P.J. Farley  and Kuarantine guitarist Joe McGinness covering KISS song Mr. Speed

Benante writes to his YouTube channel, “This has always Been a favorite from the Grea Rock and Roll Over album. According to Paul: It’s was written about having all the lines and know-how to pick up a woman quickly.

    LOL! Kinda reminds me of me and my buddies in the late 70’s pretending to be KISS! (You know, like Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer! 😉
    “Mr. Speed” is a great song, made my top 20 a couple of years ago. Never understood why KISS never played that song live.

    Great song, in my opinion, the best Kiss Originals release.
    Paul’s songs shine in this record and Peter gets 2 good songs.
    Never understood why this was never played on tour.

    This cover only shows how awesome Kiss was back in the day.
