6/13: NICKELBACK, GLENN DANZIG, ROGER EARL, NICKO MCBRAIN, MORE

Hosted a fun hour long SiriusXM Town Hall with Nickelback yesterday. Nickelback is one of those bands that are very polarizing. Many love them (they’ve sold over 50 million albums!), and then they have their haters for sure. I never understood the hate. I admit I was never a huge fan, always a kind of take it or leave it thing for me. Some good songs, but I had and have no strong feelings one way or the other. But the segment of hate for them always baffled me. Some resent their success I guess? But I can tell you having met them all for the first time yesterday they were great guys, fun, no ego, just a nice group of guys that have had mega success in rock. I enjoyed the conversation and you can hear it now On Demand and also replaying this weekend 8-10P ET on Volume. Their new album is out Friday for those that are fans.
