Book signing TONIGHT (Friday) 6-8PM at Barnes & Noble in Eatontown NJ. Hope to see you out there if in the area. VOL 2 is off to a great start, more signing TBA. Don’t forget I will also be selling and signing both books in Boston area at Tsongas Arena 10/25 before the WAAF Thrillogy! This will start at 6:30 in the main lobby area of the arena. So if you are not attending the show you can still come by with no ticket needed and say hi and grab a book. Look forward to connecting with all in Boston and being a part of my great affiliate WAAF’s event. More signings TBA. I’ll also be signing and selling at Chiller in NJ but likely only Sunday 10/27.
Look forward to doing a live show on Q104.3 NYC tonight. I love doing both my radio shows live whenever my schedule permits, but with the new book just out been a crazy schedule I’m on. But tonight I will be live 11P-2A ET on Q104.3 FM, www.q1043.com or free app via iHeartradio. Vivian Campbell will check in live, tons of new and classic music, and final over the air chance to get into the free 30th Anniversary listener party 10/23 at Hard Rock with The Winery Dogs and MANY surprise guests! Congrats to all the winners via the site. We still may pull more, so if you didn’t get confirmed you still might. I would also like to welcome a brand new affiliate coming on board for Eddie Trunk Rocks (the official name of the FM syndicated show) KMKO 95.7 FM Mankato MN. They come on board 10/26 and every Saturday 7-10PM. Appreciate all my affiliate stations and believers and always hoping to add new ones. They just have to say yes to air me 3 hours a week!
I will also be live despite the holiday this Monday on SiriusXM channel 39 TRUNKnation 6-10P ET. Been a few weeks since my schedule allowed for a live show so please call in and get involved in music and talk that rocks!
Leaving for my first ever trip to Brazil this Tuesday. The fans in S America and Sao Paulo especially have been super supportive of TMS. Can not wait to visit for the first time and also host Monsters Of Rock festival there with Aerosmith, Slipknot and many more. See you soon Brazil!!
That Metal Show will be back with new episodes and some major new great news as well. Just likely won’t be before January. As soon as I can share I will. Enjoy the repeats and stand by for news soon.
More soon, be sure to follow on Twitter @EddieTrunk

Bob Welch, the original Fleetwood Mac guitarist (before Stevie Nicks and Lindsay Buckingham joined) committed suicide at the age of 66. Mac definitely isn’t hard or heavy, but Welch was a talented guitarist and songwriter who had a brief but successful music career, and in my opinion his album French Kiss has one of the best album cover photos of all times. Back when album covers were true forms of art this meant a lot to a kid like me in the ’70’s who would browse the music stores for hours.
Sad to see musicians taking their own life, happens too often. Ronnie Montrose taking his own life hit me very hard. RIP, condolences to the family.
Ah yes, fond memories of the French Kiss album cover.
Wish I had the 12″, but I do own the CD.
I hope the big news is they sold VH1 to someone who actually cares about music and not showing re runs of tv shows and movies that have nothing to do with music! Plus Eddie’s show needs to be on more, like 2 hour shows every week!!..and oh yeah..Hi Def would be nice to 🙂
