The first trailer for the film adaptation of Motley Crue’s biography, The Dirt – Confessions Of The World’s Most Notorious Rock Band, is available below.
Airing on March 22nd, the movie, which was helmed by Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa director Jeff Tremaine, was picked up by Netflix after being previously developed at Focus Features and before that at Paramount.
Machine Gun Kelly — whose real name is Colson Baker — plays drummer Tommy Lee in the movie. The Dirt also stars Daniel Webber (The Punisher) as singer Vince Neil, Douglas Booth as bassist Nikki Sixx and Iwan Rheon (Game Of Thrones) as guitarist Mick Mars.

Yes I do. There are pictures of him with the black Les Paul from the Too Fast For Love era through Shout at the Devil. Mick Had been around in the LA scene for a LONG time in the 70’s before he joined Motley. He had at least a full Marshall stack when he joined the band, which is not a cheap piece of gear even back then. Les Paul’s were much cheaper then than they are by today’s standards. I have NEVER seen a picture of Mick holding an Epiphone Les Paul which was clearly what was being used in the trailer.
