TESLA will reportedly be entering the studio on Monday, February 3rd to record eight or nine new songs, to be included on the band’s forthcoming album. R
A new TESLA song, Taste My Pain, was released last summer via iTunes and Amazon. The track was recorded during a two-day (June 5th-6th, 2013) session at J Street Recorders in Sacramento, with plans to include it on the upcoming CD. According to the group, “It’s a heavier song with a hard-driving beat and Tesla trademark blazing guitars.”

Is about time..I need some good rock and roll in my life.
Tesla was of my fav bands in the 90s and 80s.there music got me threw a lot.i did some work for the misfits and lived on there farm around that time. Moe is great person and his family as well.hope there new one stands up to there past…
I guess since “lick my live pump” was already taken they had to settle for “Taste my pain”
“Eat Shit And Die”…also unavailable.
Great news! Looking forward to some new Tesla.

Very underrated band. I’m not all that into some of their southern rock-ish hippie ballad sort of stuff, but when they crank everything up and let it rip they’re typically excellent. Frank Hannon is right up there with the best players of his time and genre, but he’s still relatively unknown. I didn’t like this new song that much, but I’m looking forward to the new album. The two since the reunion have been solid, I’m not really counting “Twisted Wires” as it was an acoustic and covers album. Really good hard rock band.
