  1. I am a huge fan of Alter Bridge. But I will not be ordering as I already have a very limited edition copy of this record on vinyl from when they did the collaboration with Z2 Comics. I don’t need another copy. I already have the bonus songs too. But if you are an Alter Bridge fan and missed out on the Z2 Comics project, I highly suggest you pick up one of these variants.

  2. This band is just ok compared to Creed who has Scott Stapp to take things to a level even Mark seems to not get.
I did buy the deluxe Human Clay masterpiece cd and the energy from the band is just worth every penny. The live cd makes it just incredible!!! The remaster of Human Clay is great!!! Human Clay is equal to Back in Black or Destroyer just to make it clear in case you were just born.
On to this cd. I do have every cd from Alter Bridge but they are on a level way lower than Creed!! Watch your words. What is that. A song about being a bitch. This cd is far from deserving a deluxe edition. It is just a ok recording from a ok band. Some singers have the ability to make a masterpiece. So far Myles has not.

    1. No doubt Human Clay is incredible. I don’t think it’s at the level of Back In Black or Destroyer. I like Creed but I love Alter Bridge. One Day Remains is the weakest AB album. Not a bad record but it still had a little too much Creed in the recipe. Blackbird was when they started to come into their own and they’ve been dominant ever since. Fortress is their masterpiece and I like it much better than Human Clay. Walk The Sky is a fabulous record too along with The Last Hero & Pawns & Kings. I think Myles sounds better than Stapp. However I don’t think Myles sounds great with Slash and he actually shows how brilliant Axl was when he attempts to sing GNR songs.

  3. Great comment RPS! I am going to listen to Fortress this week. Myles to me sounds better with Slash. I do own all the releases with Alter Bridge and Slash.Better songs and catchy with Slash! Apocalyptic Love is a very good release! Human Clay has sold more CDs than all of them. I think it is a huge masterpiece!! People who bought One Day Remains were looking for a new Creed album. And it sounds nothing like Creed. Myles voice does start to give me a headache after a while.

  4. Let me know what you think of Fortress. I’ve heard many people say Myles’ voice gives them a headache haha. Apocalyptic Love does kick ass!!
