  1. The list of band members omits the 4-6 background singers who do most of the lead vocals while Dave yelps counterpoint commentary.

(Singers): Can’t you see me standin’ here, I got my back against the record machine.
(Dave comments): I’m against the RECORD machine, baby!

    You get the idea….

I love Dave. The best VH was DLR VH. Those first six albums are untouchable. And I also get that Dave is now 71 years old and his voice isn’t going to be what it was even 10 years ago, but c’mon, Dave, give us a break. At least make an effort. Get a vocal coach. Rehearse. Show up to sound check. TRY to sing the songs. PLEASE. All the recent YouTube clips are brutal.

And I say all this as someone who’s hoping for the best and has tickets to his show in May.

  2. Listen to the leaked isolated vocals from this tour. Dave makes Paul Stanley 2026 sound like an opera soprano. I love Dave, too. But cheapest seat is 153 bucks. Nope.
