Kerry King, legendary guitarist for the notorious thrash metal band Slayer and a B.C. Rich guitar endorser, will make in-store appearances at select B.C. Rich retailers while on the 2009 Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival. The special events are co-sponsored by EMG pickups.
The tour starts July 10th in Sacramento, Calif., and concludes August 15th in Dallas, Texas.
King will visit 11 retail locations, where he will talk with fans and sign autographs.
Kerry King has played B.C. Rich guitars since the early 1980s. In January, B.C. Rich introduced four new signature guitars created in collaboration with the guitarist. Each new instrument offers finishes, features and tones approved by King himself.
The Mayhem tour will feature Slayer on the Main Stage along with co-headliner Marilyn Manson.
