Yeah thought he sounded bad at Golden Gods. And a lifetime achievement award? For what? Appetite, Lies, and the one decent CD you get if you put the good songs from the 2 Illusion CD’s together, and then nothing of substance since?? Now that my friends is a joke. This egomaniacal assclown has been promoted well beyond any real talent he might have had from day one and his treatment of others is just reprehensible. He has no respect for the fans that put him where he is or the people he played with, essentially pulling a Stanley/Simmons and saying anyone can get on stage w/me and call it Guns.

Well, the band sounds great, and Axl doesn’t sound too bad. He looks really tired, that’s for sure. I certainly agree with most others that this is not GnR, but whatever.

Whats with that Ashba dude’s hat? Copy Slash much?? At least the Steel Panther dudes know how to laugh at the absurdity of what they wear…

Horrible. Lack of breath, you can tell by the numerous “short” phrases he sings. He’s done.

Axl was always spotty has a live singer. Even back in the 80s. Short phrases and a lack of breath at times is nothing new.
