Interesting Bonham is doing his Zeppelin tunes thing as well in concert, may be keeping the LZ thing motor running.

Jason’s performance of Moby Dick with his late father (on a screen behind him) is note for note perfect….the timing and the synchronization is scary perfect…it blows my mind.

Glenn and Jason have delivered the goods, as predicted with their new axeman. Only these guys could get back up and turn around this soon doing something as good if not better than Black Country. Glad what’s his face decided to leave BCC. Now we can have a more raw, ballsier, and passionate guitarist that will hopefully be in this for the long haul. I can see this going as long as Glenn can maintain his energy and enthusiasm of a twenty year old. Good for these guys.

Guess I’m the odd man out here but I didn’t like this at all. I really liked BCC too. Sounds like I’ve heard this song 1000 times before and was almost painful to watch. I know it has no bearing on the music, but I hate “rock stars in stupid hats”. Maybe I’ll like some other songs, but this one didn’t do anything for me. Winery Dogs didn’t bowl me over either, for the most part. Glad you guys liked it though.

yeah, the stupid hat kind of ruined it for me too

I totally agree with you. BCC rocked. This song is cheesy and this Watt kid is no match for Bonamassa. They wanted a different sound well hopefully the other songs don’t sound like this ( 80’s hair band).

Bonamassa doesn’t write any original music and when does it sucks. Bonamassa is a better player than John Lennon too. Get it Bonamassa is a tribute guitar player and a lousy song writer which is way more important.

Joe B needs to feel important. That’s why he is opening for himself. Lame. Rock on, California Breed! Great tune!

The band sounds great and it is nice to see Hughes and Bonham simply shift gears…This gives me a good segue for a question that often keeps me up at nights (and this is not intended) to sound like a smart ass “that damn DJ” question/statement. Here goes: When a radio station has access to a new band’s CD/music, they are often are not legally allowed to play it or can only play a certain song. Why is this? Again, just one of those trivial things I often think about…..a Seinfeld moment perhaps. Thanks.
