LEMMY KILIMISTER’S FINAL SOLO RECORDING, “WE ARE THE ONES,” STREAMING ONLINE

The last solo song that Motorhead’s Lemmy Kilmister recorded has finally been released.

In an open letter to Lemmy (via Rolling Stone) Declercq says, “You opened a door no one else wanted to open for me. You allowed me to share precious moments with you as a composer, musician and friend.

By helping me, you showed that you were the most generous, humble and honest man. I am honoring your gift every day and you are forever in my heart.”

We Are The Ones also features former A Perfect Circle drummer Josh Freese and is available through iTunes and Spotify.

Lemmy died in December 2015 just days after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer.

MYLES KENNEDY TO RELEASE DEBUT SOLO ALBUM “YEAR OF THE TIGER” ON MARCH 9TH

Myles Kennedy, one of rock music’s most-distinctive voices, is set to release his debut solo album Year Of The Tiger on March 9th. The album will be released worldwide via Napalm Records. The acclaimed singer/songwriter known for his work with Alter Bridge as well as with Slash and the Conspirators recently completed the highly anticipated record. The album is available for pre-order in various bundle configurations at napalmrecordsamerica.com/store/myleskennedy and myleskennedy.com.

On Year Of The Tiger, Kennedy embarks on his first venture as a solo artist by embracing musical elements and influences he hasn’t explored until this point in his career. What emerges is a 12-song concept record inspired by the loss of his father when he was a child. Kennedy himself plays banjo, lap steel, bass, and mandolin in addition to guitar throughout the album. From the opening guitar riff of album opener Year Of The Tiger to uplifting album closer One Fine Day, it is clear that these songs tell a story that has been brewing in Kennedy since the first mention of a solo album in 2009. The emotional journey and personal story of Myles is captured in a bluesy-americana album with a twist of country and rock, swirling and flowing around this incredible soulful voice the world has come to know.

The track listing for Year Of The Tiger is:

1. Year Of The Tiger
2. The Great Beyond
3. Blind Faith
4. Devil On The Wall
5. Ghost of Shangri La
6. Turning Stones
7. Haunted By Design
8. Mother
9. Nothing But A Name
10. Love Can Only Heal
11. Songbird
12. One Fine Day
