Hey Eddie, Krokus, Ratt and Twisted Sister were my favourite bands in the 80’s, but I was too young to get to their shows here in Canada while they were at the height of their popularity and by the time I was old enough to drive myself to the shows they no longer toured here. I thought I finally had Ratt this year when my wife and I took everything we had, packed the kids in the car and drove to Miami for MOR 14. We both know how that went! Anyways I know that Krokus will never tour North America again, but do you know if they have ever been asked to do the MOR cruise? This would be a way for us long time, serious fans to have a chance to see them and they would have a guaranteed audience. I saw many Krokus T-shirts on board this year and think they would go over well, as would Ratt and Twisted Sister.

Chris from the band was on my show tonight. They hope to tour the US if they can get interest. Very hard for a band to come to US to do a one off show

Great show Eddie! I’m curious what you think of Rob Halford’s version of Man on the Silver Mountain? I was all about it until Rob started singing. I’m a huge Priest and Halford fan so I had high hopes, but his vocals just seemed monotone and really uninteresting. I realize he’s 60+ years old so he cant hit “Exciter” style vocals, but I just expected a little more. His last solo record had some crazy vocals on it so I’m sure he’s still got it in him. Maybe I’m being too picky. I just hope the new Priest record sounds better. Rock on Eddie, youre the man!!!

I think it’s a different range for him to sing a song like that. He told me it is much harder for him to sing like that than high. I’m sure in Priest he will do his thing fine

Oh good, I’m not as crazy as I think I am -sometimes, I didn’t think of his age, I didn’t think it would be a factor, I just thought ROB METAL-GOD HALFORD doing MAN ON THE SILVER MOUNTAIN -it was going to be so me-Tal it would make your teeth tingle.. uhuuh, it did not.. But I’m still buying the album. RIP Ronnie lml. Thanks Eddie

Hey Eddie, do you gave any comments/thoughts/information on the rumor that AC/DC is splitting up due to the health of Malcolm Young? I know it’s not related to who you had on the show, but info from you, I’ll actually believe. Thanks and btw I absolutely loved the Mick Mars/Tom Keifer show this season. They’re are my favs! TMS is the only reason I keep cable!

I have no real news on AC/DC at all. Sorry, thanks

Keep up the great work Eddie!

I’m confident you’ll spread the word should you hear any news on AC/DC.

Eddie, there was a caller who said that Ace was fired because of drug use, and there was a zero tolerance policy for drug use in Kiss…Ace quit both times. He wasn’t fired. You also said Peter’s been sober for seven years. I don’t think he’s been a drug user since the mid-80’s, and probably wasn’t an alcoholic since before the reunion tour. Thanks
